Department of Transport & Planning
The brief:
The Department of Transport and Planning (DTP), together with The Taboo Group, set out to raise awareness of the dangers at rail crossings through the Heavy Vehicle Rail Crossing Safety campaign. The objective was to create a series of striking key visuals that would speak directly to truck drivers, emphasising the importance of vigilance and care on the road.
The outcome:
We help to develop a powerful stills series shot from the truck driver’s perspective, putting viewers directly in the driver’s seat. Each image highlights the real-world risks of ignoring safety signs, grounding the message in human connection and consequence. The result is an impactful visual narrative that brings road safety close to home, reminding us all of what’s at stake.
